Farm stay & animals on beautiful country property

Come and stay at our working farm. You will stay in the newly remodeled apartment. You will have views of the beautiful property. There is a seasonal pond with ducks, fields with Texas Longhorn cows, fields with Scottish Highland cows sheep. There are also chickens that lay eggs for a fresh breakfast. They are for sale in the farm store. The cows love visitors and getting brushed and fed treats. There is a large man-cave with a pool table, X-Box and bar. Door can be rolled up for outside fun.

The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

This rustic-modern space has a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, filtered water, microwave, hot plate, toaster and several coffee makers. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.
