Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. În mijlocul unei livezi deosebite, veți găsi o cabană modernă și minimalistă, învelită în lemn. În spatele ferestrelor mari, lumina naturală pătrunde în interior evidențiind spațiul deschis și finisajele curate. Ciubărul din exterior completează imaginea relaxantă a locului, invitând la momente de răsfăț. Această reinterpretare modernă a cabanei oferă o experiență deosebită, îmbinând confortul contemporan cu frumusețea naturală a mediului înconjurător care poate surpinde prin zgomot neașteptat.

La Baita sul Lago di Como

La Baita sul Lago si trova nell'antico borgo montano di Trobbio a 950 mt di quota con una incredibile vista sul Lago di Como. C'è tutto il necessario per passare degli splendidi giorni di relax', immersi nella natura e nei suoi ritmi. Il lago e' raggiungibile in 20/25 minuti di auto, cosi come il supermercato. La Baita si raggiunge solo a piedi in 3 minuti dal parcheggio. ATTENZIONE: nei mesi più freddi la baita si scalda solo con la stufa a legna, non c'e' nessun altro metodo di riscaldamento.

Baita Nonna Maria - Chalet in Riserva Naturale

Benvenuti alla Baita Nonna Maria, un rifugio intimo e autentico dove la natura è la vera protagonista. La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. È un luogo che accoglie, calma e invita a ritrovare tempo e spazio per sé e per chi si ama.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.
