In cooler weather, a gas fire pit provides cozy warmth outdoors.

Relax in a peaceful neighborhood close to downtown Davis. Here, you’re only a 20 minute drive to Sacramento! There’s a lovely park next door and a path that leads straight to downtown Davis. There’s grocery stores nearby, and the guesthouse is outfitted with a personal kitchen complete with all your cooking needs. There’s an outdoor patio and yard that you can also enjoy. Inside, there’s a queen size bed and a pullout sleeper couch for some extra sleep space. Enjoy your private section of Davis!

Restaurants, coffee shops, the iconic Tower Theater and more are all within two blocks. Head the other direction into the neighborhood and walk down streets lined in sycamores and see all the cute houses of Land Park. The cottage is lovely and cozy, the garden a dream, and the kitchen perfect for social cooking and eating.
