Historic South Park and a short walk to the convention center, Levitt pavilion, the Oregon District, UD, and Miami Valley Hospital. Neighborhood is safe and quiet with quick access to all major hwys (WPAFB is~15 mins). Walkable restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and bars close by. The Flyer(a free bus service and a short walk away(~4mins)) will take you to UD/downtown in lieu of walking. Extra steps taken to clean/sanitize.
