The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

This modest studio apartment is great for a peaceful getaway, a last-minute stop-over, or even an extended stay for traveling professionals. The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road. This is camping with four solid walls, door, and ceiling. Your own private get away with nature on 50 acres. Suggest head lamps. No electricity, no linens, no phone service. For your convenience there is a composting toilet inside, a 3 gallon thermos with potable water, and a wood stove for heat and to cook on as well as a one burner propane. Picnic table and small fire pit outside.
