This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .

The stove is convection with built in air fryer and ceramic cook top. The one bathroom has an inviting soak tub to relax and let “Calgon” take you away. Only my generation understands that terminology😂. No need to rush there are 1.5 other bathrooms for use. Google Smart Home with ADT Security. No pets allowed. Load and run dishwasher before check out.

Come enjoy our Tiny House! Located half way between Memphis and Nashville, this unique home is an easy 10 minutes drive from the I-40 freeway but rural enough to still be quiet and peaceful. Relax on the porch or explore the river just 2 miles down the road. If you prefer to stay in or have to work, no worries. You can whip up a meal in our kitchen, enjoy freshly ground gourmet coffee or take advantage of our high speed internet and watch some TV.
