Sunrise here is not just a start to the day, it's a show of colors that takes your breath away! Fully renovated & equipped studio, private, quiet, 15 min from Athens airport, 20 min from Rafina port, 1 mile from the sea. You will have absolutely everything, and more. The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

The "House in the center of Hydra" is a two floor apartment, located less than a minute away from the port. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent.
