It is fully recommended for those who want quietness and nature feeling.The studio for rent is on the ground floor and is about 34sq.m. It is suitable for couples. Studio is only 2,5km from village Poros, in where there are lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets,atms'.

Lake view apartment

The recently renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.

The maisonette is ideal for families or couples, offering a fantastic view of the Corinthian Gulf and beautiful sunsets. It is located in Vouliagmeni Lake of Loutraki (in the settlement of Makrygialos). The distance from the sea is 80 meters, and from the lake, it's a 3-minute drive or a 6-minute walk.
