The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα έξω από το γραφικό χωριό Καμπιά το οποίο είναι χτισμένο στην πλαγιά της ρεματιάς. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση, το βουνό κι αναζητούν την ηρεμία και τη χαλάρωση.
