This memorable place is anything but ordinary. You will not regret choosing this modern tiny container home with amazing mountain views. Quiet, rural location but not too far for day trips to Colorado Springs.20 mins. to AFA, restaurants and many activities. You will have all the amenities Wi-Fi, kitchenette & BBQ grill. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets & sunrises while sitting by the fire pit. This tiny home is located on our 5 Acer property, we have a strict no pet policy. Sorry no fur babies.

Sunrise Studio

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Luxury 2BR Private Suite Retreat, Parker near I-25

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.
