The studio is a free standing building with ensuite bathroom originally designed as an art studio, now a guest suite. The yard & outdoor kitchen are shared with the owners, dog Lucille and yard cats. The studio has no kitchen, but is equipped with Kcup coffee maker, electric kettle, bar fridge, microwave & toaster. Glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and a corkscrew are provided. Free wifi and TV are available. You're one block from the historic shopping district. Off street parking is provided.

A lil country, A lil beach time

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

Relax around the fire pit in the screened-in porch. Watch cows graze beneath the oak and sweet-gum trees. Smell the magnolia blossoms in the evening air. We are only 45 minutes from one of the top beaches in the US, Siesta Key, 10 minutes from the famous Arcadia antique district, and 15 minutes from shopping and the I-75 corridor that takes you up and down the west coast of Florida. This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
