Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? Boat rental within walking distance at the end of our street. We do NOT take responsibility for third-party boat rentals.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Shallow hard sand bottom great for swimming at my shoreline (large floating matt provided to enjoy). Large (15x35) cement patio overlooking lake. Cottage shares yard and lakefront with two other cottages. Plenty of space to gather with others, or be alone.
