Unique stand alone stone cottage located on a hillock in the middle of 250 acres of tea plantation. This private property farmstay offers seclusion, safety and total privacy with sweeping views of the tea estate overlooking the valley and its surrounding hills. As it is a working farm our guests can participate in the daily activities of tea picking while in season, explore our vegetables and flower gardens, pick and cook fresh fruits and vegetables or wander about endlessly across the estate.

Centrally located in historic Sibsagar town on the banks of the Dikhow river, Jetuka is a traditional Assamese-style villa. Renovated in 2022, this property has been part of our family for the last 200 years. We are excited to welcome you to our personal heritage and to the heritage of Assam. You can leave the traffic behind and expect to wake up to bird song. We hope you will enjoy having a cup of tea in the fresh air, taking in the sights and sounds of Sibsagar.

By booking the entire ground floor you will have access to: 1. One Deluxe Room: A spacious and well-furnished room. 2. One Standard Room: A cozy and comfortable space ideal for relaxation. 3. One Non-AC Room: A budget-friendly option. The bath is not attached to the room. However, it is just down the hall. Guests will also enjoy exclusive access to the Kitchen which will charged 500 bucks. It can accommodate unto 7 people max.
