Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Its located upstairs of the owner of the house, who lives in the 2nd unit downstairs. Its located in a residential area that is centrally located in the downtown Kentville core. Minute walking distance to all cafes, pubs, cider place, museums, hospitals, parks, schools, public pool, slash pad, tennis court, basketball court and shopping.
