The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

You can boat, canoe, fish and tube down this amazing River. There is a public boat dock approx 1/8 mi down river. The cabin has extra parking below the house. Neighborhood is quiet & family-friendly, with a ~0.88 mile "loop" with minimal traffic - great for morning walk/run. Relax inside or outside on the furnished patio as you enjoy all that beautiful Western NC has to offer. Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers!

Cozy, quirky, & small (450sq ft) house with a very comfy sleep number queen bed in the bedroom. If a third person were so inclined, they could sleep on the couch. Fully stocked kitchen. Not a scenic location but very convenient! Sylva is amazingly located in the mountains only 25 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park, 10 miles to Cherokee NC, 40 miles to Asheville NC, gorgeous drives in every direction.
