Smeštaj je u strogom centru Niša, na samom šetalištu glavne ulice, koja vodi do Tvrđave i svih kafića. Apartman se nalazi na prvom spratu poslovnog centra "Gorča" i hotela "The Regent Club" sa prelepim restoranom (apartman broj 106). Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2020. godine. Položaj apartmana nudi ugodan odmor, bez ikakve buke. Nudi izuzetno prijatan smeštaj, brz Wi-Fi i SBB kablovsku televiziju.
