Hi, I'm Viktor and as a superhost I would like to make your stay in Nuremberg a great one. A spacious, stylish 2BR apartment awaits you. The apartment is furnished in a modern industrial style and offers space for up to 6 guests to relax and linger. You can also look forward to a coffee machine, smart TV, hairdryer... Due to the central location (between the train station and the trade fair), the typical destinations - trade fair, old town, city center, sightseeing - are very easy to reach.

Die sehr helle u. neu eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Nürnberg. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Kneipen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Auch die wichtigen Hotspots wie die Fußgängerzone, Nationalmuseum oder Lorenzkirche sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist zu Fuß in 4 Min. u. der Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof in 13 Min. zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen Nürnberg beträgt die Fahrtzeit mit der U-Bahn 17 Min. und zum Messezentrum 12 Min.

Urban living next to oldtown, fair easily accessib

Our apartment is located 500 m from the old town of Nuremberg. You can walk into the city, to many museums and sights in only a few minutes. To the airport you can go by metro in only 20 minutes. To the fair you can also go by metro (15 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes). The building is an historic building, completely renovated in 2016. It is furnished with a mixture of new modern and antique furniture, everything in white and grey with natural wood elements.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Bis zum Christkindlesmarkt sind es Bequeme 15 min zu Fuß durch Weihnachtlich geschmückte Straßen zu erreichen und zur Messe brauchen sie in der Regel max. 15 min mit der U-Bahn (es sind nur 5 Haltestellen von uns).
