Tucked away in the traditional Welsh village of Penmachno, surrounded by hills and forests, it's one of the hidden gems of Snowdonia National Park. Centrally located, it is a terrific location from which to explore.

Inglenook fireplace, beamed ceilings and wood burning stove with off road parking for 2 cars. Portmerion, Snowdon, Bodnant Gardens, Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Velocity & Titan Zip Wire's and Conwy Castle are all within a 40 minute drive. 1 small dog accepted on request.

Come and stay at Y Caban where you can leave behind the worries of the world and relax in luxury in this one off barn conversion. The cabin has its own small kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom and the bedroom is in an adjoining old converted stone barn. Please note there is 2 buildings, one contains the kitchen/bathroom/living area etc. And the other adjoining building contains the bedroom as seen on pics. So you do need to go outside and into the main area when you require the bathroom.

Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE we are unable to accept children under 10 yr old due to safety reasons.

The property is all one level and has outside private parking for up to three cars. There is an entrance hallway for boots and jackets; a shower room; a toilet room.
