The newly refurbished house compromises of three bedrooms, a large self catering kitchen/diner, ground floor shower room, utility space, wifi, garden and off road parking. The house backs onto a playing field and woodland walks and so ideal for families. Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries provided. Travel cot andhigh chair available on request. The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Bird Island Bothy

Wake with the rising sun, shrill calls of the wading birds, and waves breaking on the shore only meters away. The wild shore and vegetation provide a great habitat for birds, mammals, insects and spiders typical of the Irish coast. Wading birds can be seen feeding along the undisturbed shore. Bird Island Bothy has the feel of a sailing ship's cabin with chunky wooden beams, mock four-poster bed and plush velvet curtains. A great base from which to explore the Ards Peninsula.

This bright, clean and spacious house is right in the town centre, near to cafes, marina and parks, and literally two mins from the bus/train station. I would be delighted to welcome people from all backgrounds to enjoy my place and its little garden and patio, and use it as a base for exploring all that our coastal area has to offer, from our own cafes and local festival events, through little bays and beaches to the buzz of Belfast with the Titanic centre and nightlife.
