The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Our house is a homely spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained holiday property on the Dorset / Wiltshire border. Ideal for both families and small groups of friends.There is ample off road parking in front of the property. Sitting and eating areas on the veranda and a large lawn for children to run and play. Perfect for rest, relaxation and as a base to explore the South West and the English Countryside. Or simply sit on the veranda and enjoy our amazing views and visiting wildlife.

The cottage is warm and welcoming with its own garden and there is an enchanting variety of local wildlife which includes rabbits, deer and buzzards overhead. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
