A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Unit has every amenity needed to provide wonderful memories. The Hummingbird has a bedroom and living room upstairs, kitchen and bath downstairs. This cozy 1-bedroom cottage is a charming place to get away and feel secluded while still staying close to town. The ceilings in the living room and bedroom are about 6'6".
