With two bedrooms equipped with queen beds, we also offer extra space in the living room with a daybed & trundle. This home had a complete overhaul in 2022-2023 and is brand new!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Short drive to concerts, shopping, hospitals, skiing, the coast- you name it! It's all just a short drive away. This adorable cape sits on one acre of beautiful land, complete with fruit trees and gorgeous flowers. The house, built in 1910, has the character of an old house, but was recently lovingly restored. The original wide pine floors can still be found in the two bedrooms on the second floor.

The cottage is on Sebec Lake. You’ll love my place with views of the lake and mountains. It is situated on a plowed road for winter use. There is limited cell service and wi-fi is available. Parking is across the lane in front of the garage. Please, no parking on the lawn.
