This relaxing space will be your own private getaway in downtown ABQ. Put your mind at ease and park your car off the street behind our electric gate. This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Real NM Adobe, hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfy queen bed and a memory foam pull-out couch. have a glass of wine under the stars! Short walk of 2 blocks to Historic Old Town to shop from local artists, enjoy great restaurants, and explore museums like Explora, the Natural History and Museum of Albuquerque. Tiguex Park is nearby for dogs and kids! Convenient access to I-40/I-25 with parking for U-Haul. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; please check the box (no cats, please)!

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.
