Welcome to our cozy hideaway! Located in the eclectic, walkable Ballard neighborhood - a 10 min drive from downtown Seattle. Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

Just minutes walking from Pike Place Market, Post Alley, Waterfront Park, Bubble Gum Wall, The Aquarium, Showbox, and Seattle Art Museum! Stadiums and Space Needle are a short 5 minute or a pleasant walk! Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Great restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! It’s truly an amazing location to see Seattle with convenience and joy!

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

This light, open and inviting space with sweeping Puget Sound views is fully furnished and available for rent. Natural light from abundant windows maximize the view, while the wall space tastefully showcases original art from local artists. This getaway is steps away from Fay Bainbridge Park, a beachcomber's delight. Explore all that the island has to offer or relax in the sun on your own private deck. On a rainy day snuggle up by the fire with a book.

Convenient and Comfortable Capitol Hill Apartment

Comfortable 1-bedroom mother-in-law apartment with separate entrance in convenient location on Capitol Hill. With 2 different bus stops and 4 major bus lines within 1 block, it's easy to get just about anywhere you need to go whether your purpose in coming to Seattle is business or pleasure. A great home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy memory foam mattress, and a lounge area where you'll find a TV with Netflix and more.

Central 2 Bedroom, Stocked Kitchen

2 bedroom (+sofa bed in living room) apartment. Fully stocked kitchen, TV & WiFi. Streetcar is 1 block, light rail 1/2 mile, walk score of 91, transit score of 98! Off street parking. Walk to everything, Swedish Hospital, Harborview, Seattle U, Capitol Hill and the International District are all walkable. Everything else is a trolley or bus ride away. Plus parking available for everything else. Easy self-check in.

Old-fashioned Charm, Queen Anne North

A wall of windows lets the sun shine in on your cozy private room. Private bathroom complete with heated floors and tub (+shower). Kitchen equipped with coffee/tea, plates, silverware, cups, sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a table and chairs to work/eat. We follow all the updated cleaning protocols. We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.
