This is my home that I live in nearly full-time. When I occasionally travel I like to keep it occupied and cared for. Close proximity to all downtown amenities, groceries, pubs, parks and transit. A 5 minute walk takes you to two grocery stores and the liquor store. The backyard is a bonus for summer guests. Everything guests should need is already equipped since I live here. You can feel good about staying in someone's actual home instead of a suite created for short term rentals.
