Only 2.4 miles away from University of Arizona and 1.9 miles from UMC. Master bedroom feature brand new California King bed, room darkening shades, private cozy bathroom. Our home heats and cools quickly and quietly.

Our sustainable, solar powered home was designed for both short and long term stays: --fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: crockpot, rice cooker, toaster, etc. --fast internet, two work desks, fully adjustable $400 chair, and an extra monitor. --fenced, lockable yard for pets and bikes P Please note: the living room and kitchen are currently warmer than the rest of the house. We will have this improved in early October, but for now the house is discounted to reflect this.

Tucson International Airport is an easy 7 miles and Saguaro National Park East is 13 miles or Saguaro National Park West is 16 miles. Close to all Gem Show exhibits!
