A 10-minute walk gives you access to many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO, Chapters and more! Only a 5 minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets. The property includes a parking spot but is also located on an OC Transport Bus Route. There is a friendly dog that lives on the premises.

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.
