This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Comfortable and modern loft on perfect location, only few steps from the city walls and Ploče gate, with the most amazing views of the Old town, sea and the island of Lokrum. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, office and specious dining and living room area with terrace overlooking magical roofs and Old port of Dubrovnik. Located just above the Old town in Ploče area, all major attractions and beaches are walking distance.

Micika Apartments are located 2 km from Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. -Free private parking is available, reservation is not required. For the following season we wented to make this apartment more exciting for our future guests. Some exciting renovations were done and we are still waiting for to new professional photos to be done.

The Cottage is a romantic retreat for 2 in a beautiful rural setting within a vineyard in Croatia. The cottage is Eco-friendly, runs on solar power and it is surrounded by vineyards & meadows and ideal location for couples and honeymooners. During vacation our guests can enjoy swimming in organic pool, hiking, cycling and picking fresh vegetables from our Eco garden. The cottage is located at NATURA 2000, EU nature protection areas.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 minutes of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea, or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Authentic Old Stone House - Perast

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.
