Also it has a small veranda and a large terrace under a grape vine canopy, surrounded by a beautiful garden just within the historic city walls, ideal for sipping morning coffee and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Centrally Located Apartment With Sea and City View

Apartment is located in the very vicinity of the historical city of Dubrovnik above the town's most beautiful sandy beach Banje (7-10 min walk), near the hotels Grand Villa Argentina and Hotel Excesior, just outside the city walls (15 min walk) and the Ploče gate. It is also very close to the cable car, many restaurants, bars, beaches, shops. The grocery shop is very close, only 10 minutes walk. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons, it has a double bed and two pull out sofa beds.

The apartment is situated in a single-story annex adjacent to the main building which houses four more rental units that share a communal swimming pool, open from May to October. Additionally, there is a terrace next to this apartment with a BBQ that all of our guests can use, including those staying in this apartment. Our property is situated on a hillside that overlooks the Dubrovnik marina and other charming parts of town. It offers 180-degree views of the sea and nearby islands.
