Each room is equipped with TV, air conditioning, mini bar and safe. Near the house there are 4 restaurants, a market 500 m away, and the nearest beach is 1.5 kilometres away and is easy to reach. There is a bus stop nearby and every few minutes a bus takes you to Old City Town, which is only 3 km away.
