The BB Makers Loft vacation rental is the newly renovated studio apartment above the BB Event Gallery. Charming, unique, and locally furnished, visitors of the BB Makers Loft experience Duluth’s local and vibrant arts community first hand. Unlike any other hotel or vacation rental, the BB visitors can stay, sleep, shop, and support local artisans right from the comfort of the loft. The home is located in the Spirit Valley neighborhood in West Duluth. Canal Park and Downtown is a 10 min drive.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. A unique, octagon, cedar log cabin, situated on 40 secluded wooded acres. A short hike over the Sucker River on a storybook foot bridge to a generous deck which surrounds the cabin. You will need to be physically fit to stay here. You must climb a steep ladder to the loft and do a 2ft step to get off the deck to the marshy land below for making a fire. Also bring a sense of adventure! Wildlife is very near. We do not allow animals or smoking of any kind, sorry.

Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.
