Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Stylishly renovated in Roslyn, this two-bedroom, north-west facing 1950s house captures the sun. Sit on the deck, look out over the luscious garden, and watch the sunset. There is a restaurant, two cafes, pizzeria, and Chinese takeaway in Roslyn Village as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, barber, hairdresser and nail salon. All just 5 minutes walk away. My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.
