Saunders Lakefront Retreat 600ft from Dunes

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.

Welcome to our oceanfront home, just outside Yachats, “Gem of the Oregon coast!” It’s ideal for families or groups up to 6 people, and very pet friendly! Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

Rayn or Shine Getaway is a retreat for the soul...we're sharing our ocean-view home for guests to enjoy and walk to the wide open sandy beach, just a few blocks away. You can hear and watch the waves curl in whitewater surf from the Great Room, Den and Master Bedroom, or step outside to a nice deck with a new hot tub! Our home is family friendly, pet friendly and all on one level. We upgraded lots of details, and we hope you will be delighted by the comfort of our home away from home.

Cozy, new apartment unit in the duplex. Absolutely private, with Hulu live TV in living area, excellent wi fi connection, bathroom, kitchen, washer, dryer, Master bedroom with King bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Accommodates 4 people. Additional sleeping space for 2 people on hide-a-bed couch in living area. Pet friendly. This apartment is 0,6 mile away from Bay Area Hospital. The location is very convenient to Hwy 101 travelers, for traveling doctors and nurses.

Sunny Peaceful Ocean Cottage

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

The Dolphin House

Three-bedroom, two-bath home, located in the Bayshore Beach Club community, offers easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool, gym and club house. (ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL AND CLUB HOUSE). Home is centrally located you can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Sorry NO boats or RV's parking allowed HOA rules.

Welcome to our home by the Oregon dunes & beach. Close to everything when you stay here.. Ten minutes from the Dunes - try Atvs, sandboarding, hiking; 15 mins drive to the beach and state parks, Whiskey Run trails. Walking distance to restaurants.Fenced yard that is large enough for trailers, small boats& atvs. Pets welcome with an extra 70/stay cleaning fee. If pet excrement is noted in yard or inside the house, a 150 violation fee applies for biohazard cleaning.

Family-friendly ocean front home

Enjoy two huge decks to watch the bridge and bay from the front and ocean front sand dune on the back. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), two baths and a huge game room with pool table for kids, lots of great toys and a sleeper sofa. The fireplace is decorative only. This house is two stories, guests will need to climb stairs. There is direct beach access from our home. You just need to walk out the back door and over the sand dune to miles of beautiful beaches.
