This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. This peaceful and centrally-located space is nestled among a century old oak tree and a redwood in the downtown area of charming Woodland. Only 14 minutes from Sacramento International Airport and 4 blocks from Woodland's Main street coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.
