Yu’s Guest House

Only 3 miles to Sevenoaks town centre, the cottage-style guest house dates back 200+ years ago and sits in a countryside area surrounded by lots of trees. It has been recently refurbished with modern touches but preserves the original black beams and feel. Offers two cozy bedrooms, a lounge, work station, a kitchen, toilet and shower. Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
