Deze charmante gîte is gelegen te midden van wijngaarden met prachtige vergezichten. Ze werd volledig vernieuwd in het jaar 2023 en voorzien van alle luxe en comfort zodat ze uw vakantie onvergetelijk maakt. Wie houdt van genieten, stilte en mooie natuur is hier aan het juiste adres. Het gebouw is opgedeeld in 2 woonsten gescheiden door een haag met genoeg privacy en ruimte. Ik en mijn vriendin wonen in het andere gebouw maar zijn vaak afwezig wegens werk en tonen alle respect voor u privacy

Situé entre bergerac (ville dˋart et dˋhistoire),et sainte foy la grande en Dordogne ( nouvelle Aquitaine ) . A 2 mn à pied du Chateau de Gageac ,et à 10 mn en vélo du célèbre GOLF de Vigier . A 15 mn en voiture de BERGERAC . Au milieu des vignes ,très belle vue . hébergement rénové avec gout ,piscine au sel ,calme et tranquilité garantie, parfait pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis . Nombreux sites touristiques à proximité,grottes ,golf ,châteaux… Boulangerie et toutes commodités à 10 m

Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.
