Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest, most charismatic, trendy, and beautiful neighborhoods at the top of the highest hill with amazing views of the city. An open-air cafe, open late into the night in summer, is a favorite with young locals. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Security Deposit: 200 Euros security deposit will be held by Airbnb and charged only if reservation damages are found at the apartment. Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. This apartment has car access. Parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is payed and some conditioned and reserved for residents. No Pets allowed. No Smoking inside the apartment. Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.
