Stay in a beautiful, modern and stylish private suite at Nest Hudson, a newly renovated boutique situated in a charming 100-year-old home. Lounge in the chic rooms featuring hardwood floors and bold blues before heading out the comfortable shared backyard, rocking chair front porch or enjoy a complimentary coffee/tea and relax on the back deck. There are 5 private, well-appointed suites available ideally located in the heart of town. All rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable with a ensuite private bathroom. The house itself is 100 years old and fully renovated while maintaining local charm and style. Guests have access to the front porch back porch and the common/shared kitchen located towards the back of the house where coffee and snacks are available 24/7. We have put much thought into all the details to make your stay comfortable and special. Guests have access to their own private room & bath. Public spaces include a front porch, back porch and backyard area. We live nearby and may be available as needed. We also have a cleaning team who services guest bedrooms each day. The hotel is located in the center of town making heading out for delicious dining and fun shopping easy and convenient. Take in the local culture on the main street and go for a scenic hike in the beautiful parks nearby. Ideally located in town so you can walk to everything. Street parking available. Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

The William Harrison room is a great place to call home while you're visiting Old Town. On the third floor of the George, this room can accommodate up to 2 guests with its lush velvet headboard on king bed with small balcony and exterior circular staircase. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and white subway tile and plush towels. Views of the back patio area and surrounding buildings.

This is a beautiful room, located right on Water Street. With easy access to the Pedestrian Mall in the summers, an abundance of restaurants and nightlife within easy walking distance (though not close enough to hear), this is the ideal downtown base for your visit to St. John’s. We are also located right above one of the newest and most exciting restaurants in town on the ground floor- Portage!

Newport Boutique Hotel Queen Bed w/Parking

Located in the Marshall Slocum Inn, the Snuggery is a small room featuring a queen bed and a spiral staircase within the room that goes up to a private bathroom with shower. Onsite parking, WiFi incl. As of November 8th, 2020 we will not be offering breakfast but will rather have a to go cafe for guests to purchase breakfast, lunch and appetizer items.
