The Den 6 Foxcombe Close, is a spacious, highly specified purpose built retreat in the quiet village location of Swanmore. Less than half an hours drive to the hustle and bustle of Portsmouth, Southampton or Winchester whilst being surrounded by beautiful country side. With both the New Forest and South Downs National Parks within Hampshire there really is something for everyone. Did someone say PUB, no shortage of drinking holes round here, we could walk to ten but probably only back from four!

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Scandinavian Bbq Hut ‘Alaska’

Discover this unique and tranquil Scandinavian cabin, which can be transformed into a romantic sanctuary or used as a family retreat. Private chef available on request or cook your own BBQ. Use of our indoor and outdoor spa pools and swimming pool is included as part of your stay (exclusive use after 8pm). Our 2 acre garden is also perfect for stargazing or playing board games in soft glow and warmth of the fire pit. Close to the South Downs/Paultons Park and 0.3 miles from Marwell Zoo!

Just a 5-mile drive from the medieval city of Winchester, Room with a View is situated in a prime location, perfect for a serene getaway or business stay. Secluded from the busy bustle of the city, yet a swift 10-minute drive, Room with a View is surrounded by acres of fields and beautiful views.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Durley, Hampshire UK - secluded private 1 bed flat

The flat is a self-contained one bedroom first floor apartment located in the quiet and picturesque village of Durley. It is above the garage block beside the owners' property situated on the first floor, accessed via its own front door. Durley is only 10 minutes from junction 7 of the M27, or 15 minutes from the M3 and a great central location situated roughly halfway between the cities of Southampton and Winchester yet only 30 minutes from the New Forest.
