The Annex - sleeps 2/3 people

Surrounded by picturesque countryside, with quaint country walls and inviting pubs nearby, our newly renovated annexe offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a relaxing getaway. This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or small families.

Hay Loft - Barn

A spacious first floor suite with uninterrupted views across the fields. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. A super king bed aids restful sleep with a rain shower en-suite. It benefits from having a small self contained bunk room for the children giving space but having them with you. A very small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Hay Loft is full - look up the Cow Shed.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!
