Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Modern accommodation with large double bedroom en suite. Walk in shower. Shared utility room. Washing machine/dryer available on request. Parking by front door. Galley kitchen and fridge containing breakfast goodies. Large lounge/diner with double pull out sofa bed. Sky tv and internet (Sky Superfast). Shared large patio and own smaller patio with table chairs. Large garden with swings for toddlers and younger children. Footballs etc. available. Gate leading to canal with beautiful walks.

THE HIVE without hottub

The Hive with hot tub can be booked under airbnb.com/h/hivehottub A Private semi detached cabin, located at the foot of Port Lympne animal reserve and a short walk to Dymchurch beach. Fantastic views over the countryside. The Hive lodge is a recently and lovingly restored space which can accommodate up to 4 people for cosy, romantic and family friendly retreats. You really get the best of both worlds between the seaside and countryside The Hive is set in the grounds of Copperfield Stables.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Highfields lodge

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Lodge is a perfect peaceful retreat full of idilic countryside, wild untouched landscape views with nature surrounding the area. Ideal for a romantic getaway or small family holiday.

Cosy 2 bedroom bungalow, 5 min drive to the sea

Delightful 2 bedroom bungalow + sofa bed in lounge, with front & back garden, decking area, summer house, gas BBQ, private parking, and disabled access. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a shower with a handrail, and shower stool. There is plenty to do in the local area with the Royal Military Canal, Port Lympne zoo, Folkestone Harbour Arm, and the beaches of Hythe and Dymchurch all close by.

The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Cosy Garden Cottage with sea views

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
