Cute little studio attached to our home with key pad entry, so good privacy. NW Boise in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, range, electric skillet, toaster oven, and coffee service. Huge closet space, lots of other storage, and bathroom with shower. Couch easily pulls out to queen bed (though not very comfy), has luggage storage. Wifi available. Near shopping, bus stop, downtown, and river. Pets allowed with $50 nonrefundable pet deposit and host approval.

Nicely located 9 minutes from St. Luke’s Nampa, 7minutes from St. Alphonsus Nampa, 5 mins from the Ford Center, 4 mins to CWI and 22 mins to the Boise Airport. Location location location! 2 blocks from the greenbelt and Quinn's pond, easy walk to coffee shops and short bike ride to downtown. Adorable little house with plenty of room for a family, two couples, or friends. We lived in this home for 4 years and truly love it, we hope you will too!
