26th Street Studio - West Downtown Boise

A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. We hope you'll enjoy Boise but it will be hard to leave your sanctuary at 26th Street Studio.

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. In the spring/summer time enjoy the Saturday Market, Eagle Gazebo Concert Series, Eagle Fun Days (held the weekend after the 4th of July), and many more community events!

Beautiful home in the center of Eagle!Just minutes walk to restaurants and shops. About 5 minutes away from the Boise Greenbelt... great place to walk and bike. Only abt 20 min to Boise. Only 13 minutes to Boise fairgrounds. Beautiful backyard with water fountain, pond, and grill. Internet and TVs with cable, Netflix, and prime. 2 car garage, washer and dryer, master jetted soaker tub, large master bedroom and closet with private door to backyard patio.

Dog friendly foothills basecamp

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.

Eagle's Perch-Entire Home close to Downtown Eagle

Our home is located less than one mile from downtown Eagle, with all it's great local dining and quaint boutique shopping options. Also within walking distance and not to be missed is Heritage Park where vendors and musicians set up for the popular Eagle Saturday Market during the months of May thru October. Come enjoy your stay and explore the fun city of Boise and all the Treasure Valley has to offer!
