**Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to Hotel LBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Cottage in the woods 15 minutes from Ship Bottom, LBI. Quiet tranquil setting in quaint seaport town. Tuckerton Seaport and bay beaches 2 miles away. You will have the run of the main floor which includes a back bedroom, large bedroom suite with fireplace, long couch and TV. Open living room, dining room and kitchen. Playroom and screened porch in back. My home is kid friendly but no Pets please due to allergies. Our beloved home has hosted music events, tea parties and now YOU! Welcome!

You'll feel the positive vibes of this unique home tucked in the wildlife refuge. Perfect location close to LBI and local bars & restuarants. But the real thing that sets it apart is the Sanctuary in back. Complete with Cedar Sauna, cold plunge, turf area for yoga, hammocks, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, exercise equipment, and much more. You won't want to leave. I travel alot, but when home I live in an RV adjacent to the property. There is a fence that separates your space from my area.

The property features 3 bedrooms (with one queen-size bed and three twin-size beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The backyard offers an outdoor dining area with a grill. The paved front driveway provides parking spaces for 3 vehicles and additional parking is available on the street.
