The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

While our cottage isn’t directly on the river, you’ll enjoy partial river views and easy access to multiple riverfront spots, all within walking distance. Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

*There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day* Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard. Lay out on the hammock, chill by the firepit or BBQ on the deck. Have fun on the water with the paddleboards / kayaks or take a bike ride out into the nature preserve. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing.

Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 your entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.
