Two doors from Red Shoes and walking distance to thriving restaurants on Government St. 2 miles from LSU and 2 miles to downtown. Comfy beds, central air. Owners do not use your space but may be available if present. Self keypad check-in. NO LOCALS, PLEASE.

The Barn - Downstairs

Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

The space is the 1st floor on our two story home located on the amite river. It is a rustic newly renovated space with a pier for fishing and plenty of local night life and restaurants near by. There is parking available and a patio to enjoy looking over the water and beautiful landscaping. Great place to bird watch and experience life on the Bayou.
