Cottage on King

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.

Private & Airy Garden Studio

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

Originally a corner store, the space has been stylishly repurposed into a one bedroom apartment for holidaymakers to relax and enjoy their stay. Located close to the lively Wray Avenue precinct the apartment offers a quiet retreat just a fifteen minute stroll to the hustle & bustle of the port city of Fremantle.
