Warm, peaceful entire Studio is surrounded by natural bird life and century old gum trees.Major roads surrounding are sealed .The Property has off the street parking down the drive way for discreet private getaway. Two queen beds plus pullout sofa if required.The well known board walk on Bancroft Bay can be a 1 minute stroll down a natural walk way from the studio . Enjoy a campfire or watch the moon rise over the lake as you soak in a deep bath on our three acres overlooking the magnificent Mallacoota inlet. Recharge in the natural world with Kangaroos, Lyrebirds and Eagles & forage in the garden. Stroll to the water, take out the Kayak, catch dinner or just watch the swans and pelicans go about their day. Wander to town via the picturesque lake boardwalk - it'll take around 30 minutes. Cabin in the wild at Sugar Rock Ranch

Set on 39 acres on the Far South Coast you'll find a cleared block of land in the bush, a place called Sugar Rock Ranch. Located opposite the northern end of the Beowa National Park in Eden, the perfect location for eco-conscious travellers in search of getaways full of quiet, nostalgia and adventures outdoors. Things are kept simple here, the atmosphere is relaxed and casual (like it’s owners) the way a cabin in the bush should be with a down-to-earth feel and a great appreciation for nature.

There is also an eating area and BBQ outside on the vine covered deck or make use of the seated fire pit area with a barbecue cooking plate . The Kottage features vaulted timber lined ceilings with sky light. Surrounded by a natural habitat of gum trees, koalas, kangaroos and colourful native birds.

This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. We offer free WiFi and Netflix.
