Located on the silt jetties, the property ends with a sandy beach at Eagle Bay in Lake King. Wake to an abundance of bird life... Pelicans and swans by the water, wrens, rosellas and cockatoos in the bushes. You might see dolphins in the lake, or in the river behind us. We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! When its raining and bleak in Melbourne, close your eyes and picture winter sun at Eagle Point.

Calle Calle Bay Cottage, self contained & central

The cottage is recentlyrenovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, Snug Cove port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available on request for infants.

Abalone Guest Accommodation - quiet & private

The unit is a renovated wing of our home with a private entrance, lounge/dining, 2 carpeted bedrooms with a Q bed & 2 K singles, toilet & bathroom & very well-equipped kitchenette. It is quiet, fully self-contained and private. We only accommodate 4 people and are located 3k away from the town centre. Our accommodation is not a party house. We do not accommodate children under 12 including babies or dogs. STRICTLY NO COOKING CRABS OR GUTTING/CLEANING OF FISH IN THE HOUSE.

Forget your worries in this private and spacious renovated lower level. Just steps away from Cocora beach. Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor BBQ and fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their toddler, who work full-time and spend their free time diving. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.

Karbeethong Hill

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Tranquil Views

This is a place to relax and unwind (large deck with bbq, secure back yard.( for small dog) Enjoy breakfast on the deck surrounded by trees with views of Bancroft bay. Wake up refreshed to the sound of birds, stroll down to the village. After your day’s adventures light the chimanea and enjoy a quiet beverage in the courtyard or cosy up to the electric fire in the lounge. Most of all relax in the beautiful village of Metung.

You will be delighted with the bright, unique space which has a style all of its own designed especially for your comfort. An abundance of birds, wildlife and koalas roam freely around the immediate area. Fold out single bed, and linen is available upon request for a child for an extra fee of $30.00 per night. Log in to your own netflix etc account and don't forget to log out upon departure.

Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.
