This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Delightful fully self-contained luxury one double bed apartment with own private entrance (your host is an interior designer). 10 minute level walk to Gerrards Cross village with a vast variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Located 25 minutes from London Marylebone by use of Chiltern Railway Services at Gerrards Cross Station (10-15 minute walk from property) and no more than 40 minute drive from London Heathrow. This accommodation will provide a home away from home experience.

Our basement studio flat is a completely private space and fully self-contained. Easy access to Stansted Airport, London & Cambridge. Self check-in and check-out to ensure the safety of our guests along with following the necessary cleanliness before and after each stay: • Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. • Linens and towels washed in accordance with Government guidelines. • Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays.
