It's around 18 miles from Glasgow and on the A71, which connects to Edinburgh.

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

It's a Beautifully Presented, Delightful and Cosy apartment Charming Period tenement building with High Ceilings, Great Natural Light, and large double glazed Windows. Only 10 minutes bus ride into Glasgow Famous Merchant City where you can eat in some of Glasgow's best restaurants and enjoy the nightlife.

Enjoy Oakdene Cottage and its great views with hosts next door. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.
